Who needs guns?
According to many in the "armed citizen" camp, anyone who feels the need to be armed is entitled by the Second Amendment to be. The decision whether to carry is one of the most important that a person can make.
Who should not be armed?
Current laws prevent convicted felons, people deemed mentally incompetent to be armed, and people convicted of misdemeanor domestic assault offenses from buying or owning guns.
